TS216 adds ceramic chips to repair a hollow shaft of cement mill

When the mill is running, the mixture (clinker, gypsum, coal gangue, etc.) passing through the gap washes the concrete in the gap and the newly installed lining plate. Generally, after about 3 months, the mixture washes directly to the hollow shaft. In order to reduce the erosion of the hollow shaft, it is customary to increase the number of concrete pouring. Whenever the grinding is stopped, the erosion of the concrete should be checked and supplemented in time. Heavy workload, once the mixture is neglected, it will directly erode the hollow shaft. From the 7 years after the production, the concrete has been poured 33 times in total, but the circular arc part of the hollow shaft is still abraded by 37mm, and the minimum abrasion amount at the requirement specification that can also determine the product description and function is also 14mm

therefore, in order to reduce and eliminate the abrasion at the circular arc of the hollow shaft, it is decided to use TS216 wear-resistant repair agent plus ceramic patch for repair. The specific method is: Polish and clean the eroded parts with a portable grinder to remove rust, ash, dirt, etc. Then clean with 755 high-efficiency detergent. Select TS216 wear-resistant repair agent and 111 cast iron repair agent, and mix them according to the proportion of the manual

apply TS216 to the abraded part. After a thin layer is applied at the bottom, stick a layer of ceramic sheet (specification 25mm × 25mm × 5mm), after the ceramic sheet is pasted for a week, apply another layer of TS216, and paste the ceramic sheet when the thickness is more than 6mm. In this way, the coating is adhered to the size before abrasion (75mm).
